When grocery shopping became the equivalent of entering a Chernobyl exclusion zone – suddenly, food delivery bots and other high-tech, low-touch interventions became viable solutions to the everyday problems of pandemic life. As the agri-food tech industry pivots in response to these unprecedented times, what sort of brave new food system is being built behind the scenes?
